About us
Hadoti Sparsh is a small handmade-goods studio based in Kota, Rajasthan, India. Every piece listed on this site is made by hand, to order.
Products and handmade variation
Because each item is handmade, small variations in colour, size and finish are normal and are not treated as defects — they are what makes your piece one of a kind.
Product photographs are taken in natural light. Screen calibration may make shades appear slightly different from the piece you receive.
Orders and pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We may cancel an order if an item is mispriced, unavailable, or if we cannot verify the delivery details. If we do, you receive a full refund.
Offers and coupon codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.
Custom and personalised orders
Personalised pieces are made to your specification. Please double-check spellings, colours and dates before confirming — once production begins, these orders cannot be changed or cancelled.
Intellectual property
All designs, photographs and written content on this site belong to Hadoti Sparsh. Please do not reproduce or resell them without written permission.
Liability
Our products are decorative items. Small pieces, wires and clasps mean they are not suitable for children under three years without supervision.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
